A frequency of love cannot function at a purely LOVE vibration if one has imprinted essences in their BEing that of judgement. 

  

The picture I get is this:

That of a funnel

and you pour pure clear water

down this funnel...

Yet if your essence in BEing

is transmitting a frequency of density in matter

eg: judgement, control etc... 

This therefore would forever understandingly be    

presented as

mud inside the filter/funnel 

and the clarity

of the pure clear water

would then be murky

Thus this is now a tampered frequency

 running through a system of fear based essences

and the

quality of frequency transmission

is now affected...
